Since 3.2.1-1 is now in testing and since there is most likely only one 
program depending on this library (which is density-fitness) I think I 
will delete the 3.2.1-2 version in salsa. I do not believe this will be 
an issue.

But if anyone disagrees, feel free to upload the version to NEW.
