Bug#1078626: marked as pending in libbio-procedural-perl

Hi. Are there significant differences between the present bug and this one?

With the caveat that I don't fully understanding the perl code
in the present bug, the above bug was also misdiagnosed by me
as "ftbfs in future" (but later retitled), and maintainer (or NMUer)
also tried to use the rationale that "we can assume that the
certificates will be ok in the future", which in the end
happened not to be a valid rationale.
