Requesting review(+ optional upload) of new python-ihm and python-modelcif packages

Hello,

I am attending the Rosetta Workshop in Leipzig and diverted some time to package some Python libraries that I feel Debian is missing.

The first two (more coming) are

https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/python-modelcif

In my humble opinion those packages are reasonably fine to upload - maybe after the release, but technically fine. I would appreciate a peer review in case I have messed something up. And please feel free sponsoring the package if sufficiently happy.
