Hello, Recently I learnt about ncbi-cxx-toolkit-public [1]. When asked about #1097435 in ncbi-igblast, the upstream replied that the tarball on NCBI site [2] is outdated and that code now lives in [1], which to me seems like a monorepo for a bunch of NCBI tools. Can anyone confirm that? Now the main question is whether we should switch our ncbi-* package sources to watch this repository. I am inclined to do so at least for ncbi-igblast, but maybe there is benefit to unify to a single source package? Best wishes, Andrius [1] https://github.com/ncbi/ncbi-cxx-toolkit-public [2] https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/igblast/release/LATEST/
