According to Salsa CI the autopkgtest of the new version is as broken
as the one of the version in sid - so an upload will not make things
worse (as far as my very quick look has shown).

It also has no human Maintainer set as Uploader.  I (you) can put my
name as an easy fix for this in so many cases - not sure if this makes
things better or worse.
