enabling CI @ salsa

Just uploaded a new library to salsa but cannot get the ci working.

Following the man page of the salsa tool I should do:

salsa update_safe --ci-config-path debian/salsa.ci.yml med-team/libmxml

But when I do (with --verbose) I see that the PUT is Forbidden (403).

What am I doing wrong here?
