Dear Etienne,

Thank you for your quick answer.

We checked yesterday with Manik and tried some tweaking in the
libcamitk-dev package (which seems to still pull the older 5.2 version),
but without success.
Your expertise will be of great help here!

This is now fixed thanks to your help. We added two ignore-line-regexp
(one for each test that generates build commands), just before the
dh_auto_test override as you suggested. This does not affect the
distributed code/binary in the package, so it seems an
acceptable/reasonable solution. The only remaining problem is now with
the piuparts / migration tests. Thanks again, and as this is my first
email of the year, I wish all debian-med contributors a great year!
