That was also the case for me but I checked that both Salsa and
ci.debian.net have the debug repositories enabled so (in theory) there
should be no problem.  The more difficult part is having gdpc-dbgsym
installed which doesn't seem to be possible for Salsa CI (unless
there's some magic variable that has to be set).

I hestitated doing this because I was unsure what is the team policy.
IMHO it's also better but that would lead to a warning on the tracker
page and the UDD view as well.  Some maintainers find these warnings
annoying and/or distracting.
