The upload is on her way.  It is a plain rollback to 3.6.9-6,
plus adjustements to the debian/changelog for the +really
version.  Upload of libdcmtk20 through experimental New and
coordination with the Release Team may take some time.  I left
the rollback in a debian/unstable branch of the Salsa
repository, in case you were to wish to upload an intermediate
version that fixes CVE-2025-14607 and CVE-2025-14841 ahead of
time, while v3.7.0 is still transitionning.
