Personally, I feel it's not worth packaging these libraries just to have 
integration tests for them. There are no open WNPP bugs mentioning them, 
thus it seems no one else needs them. Alternatively, you may search for 
their mentions in Debian using codesearch, maybe some other packages 
would benefit from their inclusion in Debian.
