BART: new upstream release

Hi,

I want to update the BART package because there was a new
upstream release.  But I get an error in the CI which seems
unrelated to BART:

E: Malformed line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sbuild-extra-rep=
ositories.list (type)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
E: apt-get update failed

Does anyone have an idea what goes wrong?
