Thank you!  The lapacke copy is not used for Debian,=C2=A0
we still have in the upstream github to support some
users that build from source on specific systems where
it is not available.

I will look at GPU-support later, but I guess there will also
be some issues already with the non-GPU version on some=C2=A0
architectures which I would focus on first.
