BioConductor "cigarillo" d/watch file is beyond me

Hello,

I put what I have on

https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-cigarillo

and would truly like to have the build directory removed from the source tree.

Debian/copyright is prepard, debian/watch does not find the home page on
https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/cigarillo.html .

The package was prepared with prepare_missing_cran_package so I did not expect any obstacles.
