Bug#1135218: hwatch 0.4.2-1 re-uploaded to mentors

Dear Kentaro,

thank you for the review.

I updated the package and re-uploaded it to mentors.

The package now includes:
- an updated debian/watch based on the Debian wiki guidance
- upstream signature verification with debian/upstream/signing-key.asc
- a Debian source build flow using the signed upstream release tarball
- fixes for the reported manpage, typo, examples, and metadata issues

I also verified it again in a Debian sid container with:
  lintian -EvIL +pedantic

The local lintian check is now clean.
Maybe it's ok.
