Bug#1133156: RFS: avocado/113.0-1 [ITP] -- Set of tools and libraries to help with automated testing

Hi folks,

This has been here for 2 months. I was wondering if anyone has the
opportunity to look at this. I don't what this to timeout again from
debian-mentors, and have to upload again last time.

I'd appreciate it if someone could look this over and help me finalize it.
