Sorry but Ubuntu is not a flavor of Debian.

I'm not sure what do you mean but this seems to be about what you want to 
do with your systems and thus doesn't need an answer.

You didn't mention in the changelog entry that you've added Homepage and 
rewrote d/copyright.

You added B-D: libc6 (>= 2.4) which doesn't look needed considering that 
oldstable has 2.36 (and you also didn't mention it in the changelog 
entry).

I would also expect your prospective sponsor to ask you again about the 
lintian warnings, even though they are applicable to the sid version too.
