Bug#1134442: RFS: ksmtuned/4.20180327 nn-1 [ITA] -- enables and tunes Kernel Samepage Merging

Thank you for the review. I have resolved all the issues and uploaded
the updated package to mentors:

* Version suffix & d/watch: Dropped the unnecessary +nn suffix
entirely, which also fixes uscan tracking.
* d/copyright: Expanded the block to include the full GPL-2+ license grant text.
* d/gbp.conf: Removed the file entirely as it only contained the
default pristine-tar = False setting.
* d/control: Removed the redundant Priority: optional field.
