Perfect.  I adapted a changelog a bit (since the Vcs fields is not
really a change to the latest uploaded version) and merged both
changelog paragraphs into one - otherwise there would be no upload for
version 0.8-8.

I also bumped d/watch version to 5 and suppressed a false lintian-info.
