Bug#1133864: marked as done (RFS: gambc/4.9.7+dfsg-1 -- Gambit Scheme interpreter and compiler)

I've submitted again to mentors. This should hopefully fix the build 
issues and others I've noticed (reproducibility, crossqa, etc.).

  gambc (4.9.7+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium
  .
    * Correcting BSD-3-Clause license name.
    * Add Breaks/Replaces for gambdoc (Closes: #1138243).
    * Updating to version 4.7.4 of the standards.
    * Make generated documentation reproducible under parallel builds.
    * Fix install race while relinking shared libraries (Closes: #1138230).
    * Disabling OpenSSL due to use of deprecated bindings.
    * Build only the core when cross-compiling.
    * Mitigations for incomplete builds due to OOM.
