Hello

is mentioned on debian-devel [1] base-files 14.1 introduced some more 
license file, so I can stop quoting the whole license in my d/copyright 
ans instead refer to the license file. I did so [2], unfortunately 
lintian now complains:

(arm64-sid)hille@rasppi3:~$ lintian --tag-display-limit 0 --pedantic -E 
-I *dsc *deb
W: texworks-manual source: incomplete-creative-commons-license 
cc-by-sa-3.0 [debian/copyright:53]

Is this a bug in lintian, which is not yet reported?
