Bug#1137082: RFS: pekwm/1.0-1.1 [ITA] -- very light window manager

Dear Mentors,

I am still looking for a sponsor to review my updated pekwm package,
which is now on its third revision, taking into account the answers I
received the the questions I had on initial upload and resolving
several linting issues.

The pekwm package is currently orphaned and scheduled for automatic
removal from testing due to build failures, but it is actively
maintained upstream, so this is an attempt to resolve the build failure
by packaging a newer version from upstream.
