[Maintenance] Mentors upgrade to trixie

Hi all,

We are about to upgrade mentors.debian.net to trixie. This will allow
lintian and other QA checks to know about more up-to-date standards
such as uscan version 5.

Expect some downtime while we work on the upgrade, we will let you know
once mentors is ready to process packages again.
