This closes the ITP bug #1143622. Changes since the previous (superseded)
upload:

  kate-quickrun (1.0.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium
  .
    * Fix debian/watch regex to match GitHub's actual tag download URLs.
    * Fix Maintainer name mismatch between debian/control and changelog
      trailer that was misdetected as an NMU.
    * Drop erroneous executable bit on debian/{changelog,control,copyright}.
    * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
    * Add Vcs-Browser/Vcs-Git and debian/upstream/metadata.
    * Add Upstream-Contact to debian/copyright.
