Bug#1144362: RFS: python-ajpy/0.0.5-3 [ITA] -- Python module to craft AJP requests

Addendum: the package now has a green Salsa CI pipeline as well, which I could
not link when I filed because the project had no pipelines at all.

All 8 jobs pass: build, build i386, build source, lintian, autopkgtest,
piuparts, debrebuild and test-uscan.

The reason there were none before is worth recording for the team: this
project's "CI/CD configuration file" setting was empty, so GitLab looked for
.gitlab-ci.yml at the repository root and found nothing, and created no
pipeline. Setting it to debian/salsa-ci.yml fixed it. Other packages in the
team namespace have that field set; this one did not.
