Additional notes:

 * This package closes ITP #1145164.
 * I am the upstream author of libcalendars. The library implements calendar
   arithmetic and conversion between several calendar systems, and has no
   dependencies beyond libc.
 * The package builds cleanly in an up-to-date unstable chroot with sbuild,
   and is lintian-clean at -EviIL +pedantic.
 * The packaging is currently hosted on GitHub as I am waiting on Salsa
   account approval; I intend to migrate it to Salsa and update the Vcs-*
   fields once the account is granted.
