Bug#1142766: RFS: vzlogger/0.8.10-1 -- Allows mqtt_topic to be set from the channel config

Hi,

without a salsa ci result, I must do way more testing, which I cannot do 
in the next seven days. If somebody else wants to sponsor the upload, 
I'll hapilly stap aside.

Also I dont see the package on mentors, but I might be holding the web 
page wrong, I don't have any experience with that. You did upload to 
mentors as Tobi asked you, didnt you?
