I wholeheartedly support Joachim Bauch <[email protected]>'s request to become a Debian Developer,
uploading. I have worked with Joachim Bauch (key BE3D8AF066B6EC8079667FD777C1D22D53E15F02) on
libde265 and libheif since 2014. Beyond some occasional nit-picking of the updates Joachim prepared,
I consider it a case of "why are you not a DD yet?".
