Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Nicolas Schodet on nxt-firmware,
nxt-python, and libnxt for the past three months and I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence.

I have found his work to be of a high caliber and his interactions with the
Debian community to be professional and productive.  I am excited that he has
taken over sponsorship of packages that have languished in Debian and look
forward to his future contributions.
