For nm.debian.org, at 2024-12-12:
I support Bo YU <[email protected]>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Bo YU on several packages: ubelt, accessible-pygments
filecheck, pyro5 for 14 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I had the opportunity to know Bo Yu in DebConf2024 and share keys. I need to note the great job that Bo is
doing for risc-v. Bo demonstrated very good technical skills in packaging, was always friendly when
receiving feedback during sponsorship, and also demonstrated skills in discussing technical issues.

I have personally worked with Bo YU <[email protected]>
(key E2521CB8175736A97052B2F8954E6A70100598A2) for 14 months, and I know Bo YU
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
