Re: NM process stuck?

Hi,

I would like to reopen this application now that the advocates I have 
identified are available:

but I can't figure out how to do that through the web UI, though the 
automated messages I received
mention that:
> -> If you have an advocate that just needs some more time to react,
>    the process can be reopened.

Could someone please help me or reopen it?
