Hi Kirill and all,

I am not a Debian Member (DD), so cannot officially advocate you as such. I will
however advocate you below and send this to the 'newmaint' list.

I support Kirill Rekhov <[email protected]>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer.

I have worked with Kirill Rekhov on various packages as part of my contribution
to Debian Mentors. I consider Kirill to be skilled, comptetent with the
necessary
techinical knowledge of Debian packaging and the project as a whole.

I have personally worked with Kirill on mnay of the packages he maintains and
submitted for sponsorship through Debian Mentors. Kirill is easy to work with
and his submissions are of the highest quality and improve as his knowledge
increases.

Kirill is an asset to the Debian Project and I am happy to advocate for him and
his application for the new status of Debian Maintainer (DM).

I have personally worked with Kirill Rekhov <[email protected]>
(key 2640769DFDA1AAA0F863D1AE5F2C5905519CE0A0) for more than four months now,
and I know Kirill Rekhov can be trusted to have upload rights for their own
packages, right now.
