I support kpcyrd <[email protected]>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with kpcyrd in the Debian Rust team.
Since July 2024 I sponsored uploads for them. While working with them they
demonstrated they have technical competence, and what's as important,
good team communication skills.

Furthermore, they contributed a lot to the reproducible builds effort, 
both in the project and elsewhere.
