I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Contributor, with
guest account.

I have worked on r-bioc-s4vectors bug #1123819 and to fix that bug I need to
test a patch I propsed upstream on riscv64.

I don't have a riscv64 machine around. A porter box can maybe help in my
getting this patch ready.
