I have worked with disaster2life on DebConf activities for more than 2 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence. They were very responsible and dedicated in handling front desk and registration team activities in 2024, 2025 and on going 2026 DebConfs. Within a short amount of time, they have become an important part of the DebConf orga and I am more than happy to advocate them to be a Debian Developer.
