SVN reorganization

Hello everyone,

I'm sending this mail to notify about my last change in svn. I renamed
the directory from src to packages so we can have all packages in same
place and with a more logical organization.

We are discussing about this and another issues in #debian-np in
IRC. Fell free to enjoin with us.
