debian-np-install source package updated

Folks,

I did some work today and improved some base things in the package so
we can have it working more easy.

,----[ changelog ]
|     - Updated to use the new base-installer hook.
|     - Changed to use the configured hostname instead to force it to
|       'debian-np'.
|     - Updated to use the new udeb debhelper support.
|     - Fixed to depend of ash instead of build-depend of it.

This have one pending issue: this need the newest base-installer
package with my patch applied (probably, I send it to the main package
tomorrow).
