I don't use graphviz here explicitely.

Here doxygen is used. If needed *that* one should add it.

Besides that there is https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1122707. What I see is that there's no explcit "png" plugin, is there?

Note libgvplugin-gd8 is installed. Still fails, and as said no explicit "png" plugin. Which should be used?
