It does not, apparently, only happen after a failure to contact a mirror; however I *did* ^C the package download, change a sources.list.d/ file, then run apt-get update and restarted the apt-get --purge dist-upgrade, and apt-listchanges was unable to obtain the PHP changelog. bye, //mirabilos -- 15:41⎜<Lo-lan-do:#fusionforge> Somebody write a testsuite for helloworld :-)
