I see you Cced LTS but it's not thir job to fix upstream shortcomings.

Does it also happen on supported versions?

Two? Or one?

Two would be another case of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1124119

I would argue it's thet dictionaries' bug by not conflicting against hunspell-de-de any then providing de_DE.

I don't link it's LibreOffices job to pick up any random dictionary anywhere anyhow imho.
