No, it doesn't. At least not in the version you report it against:

rene@frodo:~/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice/libreoffice-26.2.0.3/debian$ git grep boost-system *
rene@frodo:~/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice/libreoffice-26.2.0.3/debian$

rene@frodo:~/LibreOffice/git/libreoffice-26-2$ git grep boost-system
rene@frodo:~/LibreOffice/git/libreoffice-26-2$

If you wanted to report this against testings 25.8.4-1 you would be right, but that has been fixed in 26.2.0 alpha1 (and you mean orcus probably, not mdds, mdds doesn't use boost-system):

rene@frodo:~/Debian/Pakete/mdds/mdds$ grep -ri boost-system *
rene@frodo:~/Debian/Pakete/mdds/mdds$

Regards,

Rene

P.S: I consider using internal mdds a bug in itself.
