Bug#1130960: hsqldb1.8.0: Source tarball contains binary without source

Hi

I realised that the orig tarball contains a remaining JAR file in
contrast what was described in debian/README.maintainer.  This can now
easily be solved by

    uscan --verbose --force-download

when applying the just opened MR[1] to get a fixed source tarball.
