you could have easily checked on packages.debian.org. Yes:

libreoffice | 4:26.2.1-1~bpo13+1         | stable-backports     | source, amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x
libreoffice | 4:26.2.1-1~bpo13+1         | stable-backports-debug   | source

(in trixie-backports, see https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/, Debian 13 will never get it officially.)
