This is an update along the recent version of libreoffice. There are 
also some bugreports for this update.

Some issues are introduced by my work at this package. Some issues I can 
fix and I work on it.

Some authors which are found by author check are already listed in 
d/copyright.

If I knew this check before I could fix some missing authors.
During fixing these issues I found some authors in the changelog part of 
the *.aff files, too.

We need a tool which list all authors in all corresponding packages.
So it takes a bit longer to fix this for all packages.

I intend to override the encoding warning. Or someone has an idea to 
change it in the build process.
