Well, all of those are independent works.

Not even maintained inside LibreOffice in most cases and just put and mirrored and distributed together inside LibreOffices dictionaries/ module.


It's no problem is one dictionary has a a incompatible license to the other ones as they are just shipped alongside.


As does Debian with package A being GPL and another totally random package having a conflicting license..

Well, if it was invariants it would have been non-free anyway. AFAICS if nothing is specified as invariant section (which isn't here for the cs_CZ and gug stuff) there is no invariant sections. But maybe making it explicit makes sense...
