Maintaining libdr-sundown-perl in Debian Perl team?

Hi,

the package libdr-sundown-perl showed up in todays list of potential Bug
of the Day[1].  I picked a different bug but since the package showed up
I was astonished to see a Perl package outside the Perl team.  Thus
asking here quickly for the reasons.  Is there any intend to maintain
this package in Perl team?  It was showing up since it has no Vcs URL
set and I would love to investigate for the reasons.  BTW, the package
has a popcon of zero votes.
