LHF report, or lack thereof (Was: Low-hanging fruits reminder for 2024-10-21, 19:00 UTC (tomorrow))

As the Perl 5.40 transission was going on, people refrained from
throwing too much entropy to the archive (thanks gregoa for the
reminder).  No gobby notes have been recorded, but still we
strolled through open issues affecting the transission instead.
It was well worth the patience, because perl 5.40 migrated to
testing today.  Thanks to everyone involved!  :)

To compensate, here are some notes I took this evening, looking
back at my IRC logs from oftc #debian-perl.

  * #1085700: submitted to auto-multiple-choice due to
    autopkgtest regressions on armhf caught by ci.d.o (it
    resulted in a series of mails covering issues in Xvfb
    proper, and currently there seems to be a fix in sight,
    brought by newer libunwind);
  * #1085438: mentionned by ntyni as the main blocker; it seems
    it's been possible to get the missing builds at some point,
    although the bug is still open at t time;
  * #1085704 affecting xvfb; opened by elbrus following up on
    opening #1085700;
  * #1085165: ftbfs issue affecting libgrokj2k;
  * #1068872: weird issue affecting libgrokj2k.


Next session will be 2024-11-21, 17:00 UTC, same place.
