Bug#1014870: perlrdf: need help with the autopkgtest

Hi,

I've fixed in Salsa a long standing build-time test failure
for perlrdf: the test data was missing from the .tar.gz

I'm now trying to wrap up this package but the autopkgtest
is still failing for the same reason the build-time
tests failed previously.

I tried to repack the archive with a +ds suffix,
on a throwaway fork, but this still fails too.
