please help porting libnet-sftp-sftpserver-perl to plain DebHelper

Hi,

We are almost done removing CDBS usage from Perl packages.

The situation can be tracked here with a bit of delay:

I'm having a hard time with libnet-sftp-sftpserver-perl
which ships with a lot of patches.

After switching to DebHelper  I cannot get the tests to run anymore

A hand would be appreciated.
