Shell Completion Scripts - Bash and others - CPAN Distribution

Hello,

Is there any policy in this area?

- How to include shell completion scripts in a CPAN distribution?
- Does the group take any action if there is shell completion scripts 
included in a distro?

There is a discussion going on about this in a pull request I opened in
