Building with nodoc build profile

Hello.

I'd like to share this with you before announcing it widely:

After building the archive (unstable) using the "nodoc" build profile,
the following packages failed to build:

Sorted by maintainer, 244 out of 955 packages are maintained by
"Debian Perl Group".

Could it be the case that some tool (like dh_perl) is misbehaving?

(If yes, it would not make any sense to announce a MBF yet).

[ A similar case: Some time ago there were a lot of Lua packages which
  failed with make --shuffle, and most of them could be fixed thanks
  to the changes that Víctor Seva did to dh-lua ].

(Note: I've just subscribed to debian-perl, so I can read any replies here).
